Strange thing happened at the press day in Helsinki a few weeks ago. A mysterious girl dropped off a couple of Gilles Et Dada bow-ties as a gift and then vanished before I could thank her. Here they are. Wearing the one with the birds today.

Bond nato strap

If you're struggling to figure out what watch strap to wear with your jeans, we recommend the "Bond" Nato-strap made by Phoenix in the UK. Phoenix are the original contractor to the UK Ministry of Defence and make, in our experience, the highest quality Nato-straps. The "Bond" strap was made famous by 1964 film "Goldfinger".

You can get your strap from Swedish retailer Urtid.com. Don't think they offer an Enlish language version of their website but you can always drop them and email and ask them to help you out.

Most of the Nato-straps on the net are cheap copies, so you do want to make sure you get a Phoenix strap. The difference is very noticable.

Kristoffer & the harbourheads ltd edition album

Kristoffer Ragnstam stopped by the other day to deliver a copy of his limited edition release album (300 units), all individually numbered.

It's all handprinted and handfolded in Sweden, with neat illustrations provided with each song. Nice.
